What is your pet peeve when it comes to horses?

Mine are seeing someone with a back girth hanging loose two inches, letting green horses or colts drag 6 feet of lead rope around to "halter break them", and people letting horses' heads hang out of trailer when going down the highway. What are yours? I'm compiling a list for a discussion group. :)
