What are the rules of Alchemy?

I do not mean the game; but the ACTUAL Alchemy some still practice. I know the first one: "Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange." I just don't know the rest. I need this information for a book I am writing, so if you have a link it will be GREATLY appreciated.
