Is the new antibiotic resistant super bug bacteria an evidence of evolution or God's creation?

Evolution. Bacteria and viruses trade DNA or RNA virulence factors via reproduction. Added to that Bacteria and Viruses don't have the same error checking proteins as our DNA does so when their genetic material is copied during replication errors/mutations are commonplace. It's really easy to do in a lab and it happens naturally all the time.
