Ideas on how to get my 4 yr old to swallow her medication....without problems.?

Her pill is suppose to be taking by mouth, whole. Not to be chewed or crushed, its not that big. Tic tac size. However she has had swallowing issues before, with not chewing her food well enuf. I need some ideas. She will be taking her first pill tomorrow morning. Never had to swallow pills before. I dont want her to choke!
